At Just Leather, we are committed to providing premium-quality leather footwear. To ensure a smooth and transparent post-purchase experience, we offer both returns and exchanges under the conditions below.

Returns Policy
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns
A return can be requested if:
● The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
● All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
● The request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
Once the product is received and inspected, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Refund Process
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
● Refunds are initiated within 10–12 working days after the product passes inspection.
● Refunds are issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
● For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, as shared by the customer.
● You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery, upon approval.

Exchanges are applicable for:
● Size issues
● Colour mismatch
● Manufacturing defects

Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
● The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
● All tags and packaging must be intact.
● The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at care.justleather@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
2. Share your order ID, the reason (return/exchange), and supporting images if required.
3. Our team will review and approve the request if eligible.
4. You will receive instructions on how to ship the product back.
5. After quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Non-Eligible Scenarios
We will not be able to process a return or exchange if:
● The product shows signs of wear, use, or damage.
● The 3-day window has passed.
● Packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.
● The product fails quality inspection upon return.

Just Leather reserves the right to approve or decline any return or exchange request based on product condition and compliance with the policy.
