1. Are Just Leather shoes made from genuine leather?
Yes. Just Leather works with genuine leather, suede leather and crust leather to create footwear
with the character, texture and feel that only real leather can offer.
2. What makes genuine leather different?
Real leather has a natural character that develops with wear. Rather than looking exactly the
same forever, it can soften, evolve and develop its own individuality over time. It’s a material
chosen not just for how it looks on day one, but for how it lives with you.
3. What is suede leather?
Suede is genuine leather with a soft, textured finish that gives footwear a more relaxed and
tactile character. It offers a distinct look and feel while retaining the natural qualities of leather.
4. What is crust leather?
Crust leather is leather that has been tanned but is yet to receive its final colour and finishing.
This allows the leather to be further developed to achieve its intended colour, texture and
appearance.
5. Will my pair look exactly like the pictures?
Your pair will have the same design and overall appearance shown on the website. However,
natural leather can have subtle differences in grain, texture and colour. These variations are part
of what makes genuine leather distinctive-no two pieces are perfectly identical.
6. Why does my leather have slight variations or marks?
Natural leather is not manufactured to look perfectly uniform. Subtle variations in grain, texture
or colour can occur naturally and are part of the material’s character. What may look like a
variation is often a reminder that the pair is made from a natural material rather than an artificial
substitute.
COMFORT & FIT
1. Will leather shoes be comfortable straight out of the box?
Leather footwear can feel structured when new. With regular wear, genuine leather naturally
softens and adapts to the foot, allowing the pair to become more comfortable and personal over
time.
2.Will the leather soften with wear?
Yes. One of the qualities of genuine leather is that it can gradually soften and adapt with use.
Your pair is designed to be lived in-not simply looked at.
3. What if I get the wrong size?
Size and fit issues are eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery, subject to approval and
availability. The pair must be unused, unworn and returned with its original tags, packaging,
invoice and accessories.

1. Why buy leather footwear from Just Leather?
Because a good pair should be more than something you wear for a season. Just Leather
focuses on genuine leather footwear designed around material, character and everyday
wear-giving you a pair that can become better acquainted with you over time.
2. Is Just Leather suitable for everyday wear?
Our footwear is designed to be worn and enjoyed. The right pair of leather footwear can move
easily between everyday occasions while developing its own character with use.
3. Is buying leather footwear online safe?
We’ve designed the experience to make buying online straightforward. Product details and
sizing information are provided to help you make an informed choice, while our return and
exchange process provides an option if a delivered pair doesn’t work for you, subject to the
applicable conditions.
4. What if I change my mind after receiving my order?
An eligible return can be requested within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused,
unworn and in its original condition with the required tags, packaging, invoice and accessories
intact.
DELIVERY
1. When will my order be dispatched?
Confirmed orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–36 hours of payment
confirmation, Monday through Saturday.
2. How long will it take to reach me?
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 working days, depending on your delivery
pincode and courier availability.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking details are shared once your order has been dispatched and are typically
available within 24 hours.
4. How will my order arrive?
Every order is carefully processed, securely packed and dispatched through trusted courier
partners.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. What if the pair doesn't work for me?
Returns and exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery, subject to the applicable
conditions and approval.
2. What can I exchange my pair for?
Exchanges may be requested for size or fit issues, colour mismatch, manufacturing defects or
another issue approved by the Just Leather team.
3. How do I request a return or exchange?
Simply email care@justleathershoes.com within 3 days of delivery with your Order ID, the
reason for the request and clear photographs of the product. The team will review your request
and confirm eligibility.
4. When will I receive my refund?
For approved returns, refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product,
subject to successful inspection and approval. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original
payment method, while COD refunds are processed through bank transfer or UPI.
5. What happens if my package arrives damaged or tampered with?
If your package appears tampered with or significantly damaged at delivery, we recommend
refusing the delivery and contacting care@justleathershoes.com immediately. Our team will
review the situation and assist with the next steps, including replacement where applicable.

can vary depending on whether your pair is made from smooth leather, suede or crust leather,
so follow the specific care guidance provided for your product.
2. Will my leather footwear develop character over time?
That’s one of the pleasures of genuine leather. With use, the material can change subtly in
texture and appearance. Your pair won’t necessarily look exactly as it did on the day it
arrived-and that’s part of owning real leather.
